Refund policy

REFUND AND REPLACEMENT POLICY

You acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accepted these terms by placing an order.

RETURN POLICY

We do not exchange or refund things unless there is a severe problem with the item you got for hygienic concerns and since our products are made-to-order. When an item is:

1. Significantly different from the description or sample presented to you;

2. Defective/Damaged due to our manufacturer or carrier's error;

3. Not what you purchased;

Please keep in mind that our products are made-to-order and produced in response to market demand, therefore they are not always in stock. Due to the lighting used during photo shoots or the monitor's display, promoted photographs may change slightly in color from the real item. As a result, please be aware that the advertised image and the item you received may change.

If the fault is severe, we may opt to replace the item or give a refund in a timely manner. In this case, the client may keep the merchandise.

To begin the complaint procedure, please email support@92custom.com. Include the following information in your submission:

• Video or picture of the damaged goods (if applicable)

• Full shipping address • Phone number to contact

We'll send you an email after your return has been received and examined to let you know it's been received. We'll also let you know if your refund has been approved or rejected. If you're authorized, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be made to your credit card or original mode of payment within a specific amount of days.

If you return your product without contacting our Customer Support staff and it does not fulfill all of our conditions, you will not receive a refund and will be advised through email of your choices.

• Any items purchased during a sale or promotion are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.

• You will be responsible for the expense of mailing your item back to us

REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)

Items damaged by our manufacturer or the transport will not be refunded. It will be replaced with a new one.

Once the products have been dispatched, the shipping money will not be reimbursed.

Any unsuccessful delivery owing to a customer's incorrect shipping address or unavailability, any product loss due to the security of a customer's living area (as long as shipping carriers acknowledge that the order is delivered) will NOT be eligible for return and reimbursement. We will not issue a refund if you REFUSE to accept it.

If your order does not arrive within 45 business days of the original purchase date, please contact our customer service team for a complete refund.

CANCEL ORDER (IF APPLICABLE)

If you cancel your order within 6 hours, we will offer you a full refund. Any cancellation request submitted more than 6 hours after the purchase time will be rejected.

Please bear in mind that by purchasing, you are agreeing to all of the conditions listed above.
